How to use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly and make sure your breasts are clean Relax in a comfortable chair. Make sure you have a glass of water nearby
• Press the assembled breast pump against your breast Make sure that your nipple is cantered, so that the massage cushion creates an airtight seal
