The delicious Chorizo Bellota 100% Iberico is produced from the best meat of the 100% Iberian breed of pigs. They spend the first stage of their life on the farm, feeding on natural cereals until they reach a weight between 40kg to 50kg, and then they access the pastures. There, they enjoy an exquisite feeding composed of cereals, grasses, tubers, roots and acornstill they weigh around 90kg to 100kg at the beginning of October. It's also when the montanera begins - so as the acorns fall and constitute, the pigs are fed exclusively until they reach an approximate weight of 180kg as an adult. This fantastic product is made according to the grandparents' oldest traditional recipe to preserve the legacy of authenticity and of natural taste
