How to use:

Wash your hands before use.

Wash and sterilize the breast pump first and then assemble it properly.

Sit and relax in a chair to begin expressing.

Centre the flange over your nipple/papilla and press it against your breast.

Seal it securely so that no air can escape.

You can create a good seal by using your other hand to support your breast from underneath.

If your nipple is unable to fit within the Comfort Proper

Fit flange without rubbing, you may need the larger size.
