When you apply Depend 7day BASE, POLISH and TOP, you always do all 10 nails in a row. 1. Clean your nails with Depend 7day CLEANSER. Wait 30 sec so that the surface is completely dry. Wait 3 minutes before applying the last coat of Hybrid TOP. After 5 minutes, the 7day treatment is dry so you can touch the lacquer surface. The whole treatment takes 15-20 minutes, depending on how used you are to varnishing.
