How to use:

Wash your hands before use.

Wash and sterilize the breast pump first and then assemble it properly.

Sit and relax in a chair to begin expressing.

Centre the flange over your nipple/papilla and press it against your breast.

You can create a good seal by using your other hand to support your breast from underneath.
