How To Use Bioderma H2O Micellar Water

• Soak a cotton pad with Bioderma Hydrabio Micellar Water.
• Cleanse and remove makeup from face and eyes.
• Repeat- Continue to soak a cotton pad and cleanse skin until pad is perfectly clean. Dry- Gently pat skin until dry. No rinsing required!
